A strong person could lift at least one end of a light-weight car, a Smartcar would only weigh about 250 lbs. there.
cold air intake, from what i've heard is for show and sound only. not really any noticible hp. if its standard, i'd get a short shifter. so you can shift faster. not really an engine mod. make sure you changed your timing belt because if it snaps, any mods won't matter. don't get those chips they sell for you rcar, not worth it. doubt it works
