Question:

What makes objects fall?

Okay, I know it's because of gravity, :D and I also know that gravity is the product of the wrapping of space-time, caused by bodies with large mass. What I don't understand yet is how exactly does warped space cause bodies to attract each other. The first thing that came to my mind is that bodies with large mass 'pull' space-time towards them. And also, as we know, all bodies have inertia, so stationary bodies have a tendency to remain in the same point in space. So the explanation I first though of is this: since stationary bodies tend to remain in the same point in space, and large bodies pull space-time towards them, it means that the gravitational attraction is caused by the small body 'trying' to stay in the same point, but at the same time, that point is moving towards the bigger body.

Answer:

Yes it's a little thing called honor. That really was a poorly executed episode.
There isn't one. A smoke detector is designed to detect smoke. I would look into one of the following - Learn to cook without burning your eggs. - Relocate the smoke detector so its not directly over your stove top - but so its still in the vicinity of your kitchen. - Get and exhaust fan or use your exhaust fan when cooking.
