Question:

What material is the aluminum foil made of?

What material is the aluminum foil made of?

Answer:

Hot rolling rolls are commonly used materials such as 55Mn2,55Cr, 60CrMnMo, 60SiMnMo and so on. The hot rolling rolls are used in the processing of cogging, heavy plate and shaped steel. It suffers from strong rolling force, severe wear and thermal fatigue, and hot rolls work at high temperatures
There are two kinds of roll, divided heat roll and cold roller. The rolls used in common cold rolls include 9Cr, 9Cr2,9Crv, 8CrMoV and so on. The cold rolls require surface quenching and the hardness is HS45~105
And allows the unit to work within the diameter of the wear, so it does not require surface hardness, only requires a higher strength, toughness and heat resistance. The hot rolling roller only adopts the whole normalizing or quenching, and the surface hardness demands HB190~270.
