Question:

What product and process are the best for selaing the Attic to prevent bugs and ?? from entering (D.Y.I)?

I want to seal the attic before i installing new insulationThe attic currently has a large amount of eggs and bugs in itThis is not a project i want to encounter again anytime soon!

Answer:

Ask yourself 'Would you go somewhere there is no food if you were hungry'Same for all the critters you are talking aboutThey are there for the food be it other critters of stuff you leave laying aroundScreen will keep most critters out so start with thatSeal up the cracks that allow them to enterThen spray around the house with Home Guard type chems to kill them if they cross the lineClean your home like you were going to operate in itMake sure the pantry is sealedNow roaches will eat their young and the glue that binds your books together so getting rid of them is not easyAgain, no food, no critters.
If the ticket is endorsed First Capital Connect only or endorsed London Bridge as opposed to London Terminals, then you can only use it on First Capital ConnectYou can validate it for travel to Victoria by travelling on the FCC train as far as East Croydon and buying a single from East Croydon to London Victoria - FCC and Southern lines separate at East Croydon(Buy the extra ticket from your starting station to prevent wasting time at East Croydon)
Look at your ticketDoes it say Travelcard anywhere on it? If not, it isn't valid for travel on the Underground, which is what you need to get from London Bridge to VictoriaYou would have to buy a separate Underground ticket at London BridgeHowever, if, from where you live, you can get to Victoria without going as far as London Bridge (eg if your trains go through Croydon for example), look on your ticket to see if it says it is for a journey to London TerminalsIt probably does, in which case you can use it to Victoria so long as you stay on overground trains (they don't all have to be First Capital Connect trains).
