I know i have to wear a helmet but what else? Its a 125cc enduro if that changes anything. If i get a motocross helmet will i have to get goggles as well or do i have to get a helmet with a visor?

I don't think a container could be built to hold that kind of energy unless you could cool it to absolute zero. then it would be a perfect reflector and could trap light in the way you suggest.
