I need help please, there are French hotels saying that one has a sofa bed and one has a pullout bed...what's the difference? Is one bigger?
a sofa bed is when you take off the cushions off of a sofa and an entire bed folds out from inside the couch and is the same width of the couch (so basically a full size bed). A pullout bed is a bed (not a couch) which has a second side bed slide out from underneath it in order to add a second twin size bed to the room (having the ability to slide it in and out saves room). But in this case, the slide out bed is almost always a twin size
There are many times when people have to deal with unexpected company that drops in and needs a place to stay for the night.
