Question:

What's the difference between the three kinds of pickling plate, cold rolled plate and hot rolled plate?

What's the difference between the three kinds of pickling plate, cold rolled plate and hot rolled plate?

Answer:

Hot rolled plate: that is, steel plate rolled at 800 degrees or so at high temperature
Cold rolled plate: that is, the cold rolled base plate (that is, hot rolled plate) rolled in the normal temperature condition. Because of the great cold rolling stress, it usually goes through the annealing process
In fact, the pickling steel plate is a product between the hot rolled plate and the cold rolled plate. The process before the cold rolling plate is also the pickling substrate, and then cold rolling
Acid board: that is, the hot rolled plate passes the phosphorus removal (the rust, residue, etc.) produced in the process of hot rolling, and so on, the pickling surface is used to obtain the steel plate which is better than the hot rolling surface
