What's your best way of getting rid of a headache?
its supposed to help put you in labor but with my last pregnancy I tried to get it but now where in my town sold ittry doing squats , they worked with me for my first pregnancy.
i used it for all six of my pregnancy's and its not used to induce labour nor shorten it all it does is keeps the uterus toned and its also good to use after the birth as it does shorten the time that you bleed and shrinks the uterus allot quicker.
I've never used itbut heard of people using it for a shorter labor process or to go into labor on time.
get a freezer bag put some vodka and water in it and freeze it or put some aluminum foil in the freezer get it nice and cold and put it on your heador find your press point in beetween your eyes and tap on it 9 times and say l have got a head ache and drink heaps of water
