What should be noted in the operation ramming machine construction?
(1) the tamping machine operation switch must use directional switch, prohibited the use of reverse switch, the inlet line should support ring; (2) handle must be provided with an insulating material; (3) each machine must be set two operators, one person tamper a random arrangement of cable (4); the operation of the tamping machine must wear rubber soled shoes, gloves, handling machine must pull off, (5) when stop must be pulled between power, to lock the switch box. Do a good job of moistureproof and waterproof of motor.
(4) when the rammer is operated, no one in the front of the machine shall be 2m, and when the multiple rammer is rammed, the left and right distance of the machine shall not be less than 5m, and the operators shall wear insulating shoes and wear insulating gloves.(5) the random power line should maintain the margin of 3-4m. When the power cord is winding and broken, the power should be cut off in time, and the operation should be stopped and repaired immediately.(6) before the ram tamper, power off, tie up the eccentric block and wire the cable. After work, power off, lock, put in the dry place.
(1) check the insulation circuit, electric leakage protector, directional switch, belt and eccentric block before the use of the tamper, and confirm that no problem can be used.(2) when the tamping machine is operated, two people should operate: one man lifting machine, one person arranging the line to prevent the tamping head from ramming the power cord.(3) when tamping machines turn the corner, they should not turn or throw them freely, or let them walk freely.
