Question:

What should I buy a Plasma or LCD television?

I'm looking to buy a 42 inch HD television. I'm confused between plasma and LCD. Consumer Reports magazine is now starting to say that plasma is getting better and possibly better than LCD.So can someone tell me the difference between them both? Can you also tell me which one in your opinion is better?

Answer:

Scary movies aren't scary. Whenever I'm watching them and something really, REALLY bad happens I always think to myself that its just a movie and that it didn't really happen in real life. It makes things a lot less scary. Or if I watch a really scary movie I always watch a funny or happy movie after that. The night light idea is a good idea. And if I were you instead of using your TV, I'd play some music on your ipod or phone? Just leave it out to play while you're going to sleep. You can get some really cool sounds made to help you fall asleep. You can make it a play list that only plays for like 2 hours. Or you can put the timer on your TV and set it for 2 hours. That'll help save alotta electricity. But the best way to get over your fear is to not just hide it away with night lights, but to get over it. Have a scary movie marathon with your friends or something. My parents have been saying scary things to us since we were little. And we started watching them when we were little. Now? Scary movies and things like that don't really scare me. So the dark doesn't really scare me either. Well, a little bit. But who doesn't it scare? Maybe blind people.
TL;DR. either get a night light or get over it, as the dark can't hurt you
