What should I do with this shoulder picnic?

I have a 11.50 lbham, I have no pineapple, brown sugar, honey or basicly nothing to make a glaze.

Personally, I don't think it needs a sugary glazeThe meat from this cut is excellent for making juicy barbecued pulled porkYou could make a rub of- 1/4 cup black pepper 1/4 cup paprika 3 tablespoons sugar (or brown sugar) 2 tablespoons salt 2 teaspoons dry mustard 2 teaspoons cayenne and massage it into the meat thoroughlyCover with foil and bake low and slow (325F to 350F) for at least 3 hours, probably 5 hoursThis cut of meat is pretty forgiving; you can't go wrong, no matter how you cook it.
