There are dozens of anti fog preparations available at the hardware store, but you can make a mark on the inside of the lens with a piece of hand soap. Spread it around and wipe it off with a clean cloth and it will leave an invisible film of soap that will prevent the lens from fogging up.
Just use the fire hose nature gave you I'm sure it'll get her wet.
