foil packets are great.add a couple of chicken tenderloins,sliced onions, sliced mushrooms green peppers or what ever veggies you like .season with SP and wrap tightly in foil and cook at 350 for 30 minsyou can use whatever meat you like.but for dark meats cook for at least 1 hour.
Every now and then when I am in a cooking mood I will cook a regular meal for two, or however many you are used to cooking for, and then divide them up like freezer foods and freeze them myselfI get inspiration for my meals from what they sell packagedI also make what I call multi-mealsDo a pot of stew, that is acceptable as far a flavour goes, divide into meal sized portions, eat one and freeze the restNext time when you reheat them you can add some curry or chili or whatever you fancy.
