Answer:

Wow that sounds kind of fast to roast a turkey.it should be so many minper lbYou can use foil, to brown the skin, take off foil for the last 10-15 minCheck your recipe again, temp should be lower.
A foil tent over the bird is alrightI started cooking turkeys on upside down a few years ago and it makes for a dry back, but the breast meat is really moist.
You are NO idiot.!!! did you search using yahoo?? do you see at the top of the page a yellow star and a blue plus and star?? click the plus sign and add the web site to a new folder turkeys' it is that easy Now IF all this has Happened (past tense) Why post now you can't hurt the bird if it did not brown CRISP ?? next time you know you can turn the broiler on for a few minuets.
I would never cook the turkey as low as 250 Since you do not have a covered roaster you can cover with foil and bake at 325 remove foil for the last hour, basting every 15 min.
You may want to bring bowls for the cereal + milk Maybe some salt, pepper (and picante sauce?) for the eggs Buns for the burgers/chicken? Anyone a coffee drinker? If so, bring something to make coffee with or instant coffee if you're REEEEeeeeeealy desperate What about snacks? Are you just doing carrots/celery/apples or would you want some trail mix, pretzels, chips, mm's Fishing bait What are you going to grease your pan with to cook the eggs? Maybe bring some bacon and use some of the bacon grease Going to need a burger flipper for the burgers and the eggs Unless you're just drinking water and milk the whole time, you will need to pack some sodas, sports drinks and/or juice Are you planning on washing the dishes at the campsite? If so you will need biodegradable soap, a scrubber pad, and a big tub for the hot waterHave fun!!
