Question:

What to do with leftover Parmesan chicken?

I made chicken parmesan for my husband and I tonight for dinner, I'm use to cooking for a big family and sometimes forget I'm only cooking for us and our daughterNow we have a lot of left overs, any ideas on what to make with it? Like, chicken and noodles? I just know we will get burnt out on chicken parmesan if we don't find something else to do with itAnd I refuse to waste itANy casseroles or anything would be helpful!!

Pay close attention to your sodium (salt) intakeSometimes an innocent-looking can of soup or healthy microwave meal can have up to 1500g of sodium! This will cause you to retain fluidsIronically, drinking water will NOT cause water-weight gainDrinking at least 8 glasses of water daily will help facilitate weight loss (or inches)It is normal for out bodies to fluctuate slightly throughout the dayOne stupid question: Are you measuring yourself with clothes on? Just checking.
