Question:

What to use to lubricate my treadmill?

I don't know a lot about the chemical composite of some products, so I thought I'd ask here before I mess something up.I bought a manual treadmill a while backand after a lot of effort to figure out why the belt isn't going around the front roller/dual flywheel , I've found that it just needs some lubrication; it makes a terrible noise even when I hand-turn it, because the belt is going around the front roller rather roughly. I'm quite sure that some lubrication should help reduce the noise and help the belt to glide easier, without making all of that noise. The manual states to lubricate the board under the walking belt with Silicone Lubricant. So without sounding too dumbwhat exactly is this stuff that I need? I know what Silicone isI know what lubricant is. My common sense tells me that it is some kind of lubricant with a silicone product in it. Howeverwhat exactly am I looking for? Will it literally say on the can Silicone Lubricant or

Answer:

You should seek out volunteers (“buddies”) who might be able to assist you in an emergency If wheel-chair-confined, you should know the safest method people can use to assist you. You should know how many people are needed to provide such assistance. Never use an elevator during a fire emergency. A mechanical or electrical failure could leave you trapped at the fire floor or between floors.
As i understand it, most people have a designated helper, who should come and check on them. If you dont, maybe someone in your flat will kindly help you out?
You could grab a trash can lid and a broom and run over everyone in the hallway. After that, quickly roll the wheel chair down the stairs while shielding yourself with the trash can lid and hope you make it down the stairs without breaking anything.
He should not have tried the door knob. I am a cable guy and I would have knocked on the door, then called and if there was still no contact I would have left a door hanger describing the work that I had done as well as contact information if a follow up is needed. Trying the door knob was a mistake and I would have called it fishy if he hadn't called right away after.
You are supposed to use your wheelchair to get to the stairwell, and then wait on the landing of the stairs at your floor for the fire fighters to see you when they come up the stairs, and carry you down the stairs.
