What would happen if a middle and high school student pulled a fire alarm?
If its a battery type detector and it makes a chirpping sound it may need a new battery. If its over 10 years old,get a new one.They do go bad after a while.
Fire hydrants are metered by the city or county depending on where they are. It is illegal for an apartment complex to charge for water unless the units are individually metered and the leak occurred between the meter and the building (not likely)
