Whats a yummy, easyway to cook fish?

This is my first time cooking fishi have ahi fillets and i want to pan fry it with some kind of yummy breading or sauceAnyone know of any quick, easy but delicious recipes to cook some fillets?

Fruit Pizza!! It sound weird but Its so Good! Ingrediants: 2 packages of Pillsbury Roll Out Sugar Cookie dough 1 3/8 cups of softened cream cheese 3/4 cup of confectioners sugar (powdered sugar) 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 (12oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 container of fresh blueberries1 container of fresh strawberries 2 kiwis Directions: 1Preheat oven to 350 degreesGrease 12 inch pizza pan 2Roll out sugar cookie dough onto your circular pan and bake for 10 minutesWhen baking put circular pan on top of larger pan in case cookie inflates too much and goes over edge 3To Make Filling (While Baking cookie dough): In a large bowl beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffyFold in whipped toppingSpread onto completely cooled cookieTop w/ fruit : )
