a ltop is better if you want to travel with it !! a desktop is better all over for add ons and upgrades,,, which one depends on how much money you wanna spens ? laptop MSI ? Toshiba by make Desktop Build your own.
I'd say a laptop is the best way to go. I have both a desktop and laptop, and I NEVER use the desktop. Having a laptop boots up way faster and easier to manage. With the desktop, you have to deal with all the wires, and the laptop, you just turn it on. It doesn't matter what kind of laptop you get as long as you feel it suits you.
it all depends, laptops are good if you plan to go places and need your computer to go with, while desktops offer more performance and better reliability for a cheaper price. they are also more customizable, but all this comes at the cost of portability. personally i would get a laptop but i go places. i would get a desktop for home and a netbook for on the go. it is all up to you though. research your companies wisely. i have a toshiba laptop barely under a year and my hard drive is on it's last legs but then again that is an easy fix and overall my computer has had solid reliability. hard drives nowadays are cheap and unreliable so always back up your important files. if you were to get a laptop i would get an asus, msi, toshiba, or acer, and stay away from hp, sony, and dell, but if you are to get a desktop i think any one will do. best to build your own though.
