Question:

Whats the best way to cook chicken with these ingredients?

I have a package of about 8 chicken drumsticks, butter, smart balance margarine, instant mashed potatoes (i heard i could use them) Adobo, a baking sheet and something with a bunch of holes on it to put on the baking sheet, but no aluminum foil.

Answer:

You can'tThrow them away and buy stainless steelI have had great luck with products from Pampered Chef, Williams-Sonoma, etcGo to a kitchen store and make sure to read the label to be sure you don't get aluminum.
you may as well wave bye bye, and say hello to new stainless steelI bought some from pampered chef, and have been in love with them since.
I would throw them out, but I also would not put the new ones in the dishwasherDishwashers are very hard on utensils.
Garlic Press Pampered Chef
Hope the following recipe helps ;) My neighbor has been making this for her family for years, and I had to have the recipe after trying it! CHICKEN PARMESAN Mix equal parts instant potato flakes and parmesan cheeseAdd garlic powder to tasteDip chicken pieces in beaten egg or mayonnaise, then roll in the potato flake/parmesan mixturePlace in a greased baking pan, drizzle with melted butterBake at 350 for 1 hour The something with a bunch of holes is more than likely a broiler pan top, which you do not want to use unless it is on a sided baking pan, or the drippings will cause a problem in the bottom of the ovenYou can place the prepared chicken on a baking sheet (can spray with a little non-stick spray or lightly oil), or even put the chicken on the broiler topper to keep it away from rendered fat, and place that on the baking sheetNo foil is needed, but it does aid in keeping your baking pan/sheet clean.
