The one that says Brake will come on when your fluid is low or if your emergency brake is applied. The ABS should flash on if it stays on that is a bad thing and should be looked at by a shop
ABS is anti-lock braking system, keeps you from locking tires up. With it and the brake symbol both on, I would guess that you have a problem in the braking system that is also working against the ABS computer. This car is in serious need of a mechanic and should not be driven until checked and repaired.
