Question:

when fire bursts out, the smoke is usually on top or bottom of the building?

when is the smoke on the bottom? in the beginning of the fire or at the end? I need this for my project.. also, how long does it take for smoke to stay at the bottom?

Answer:

In the 3 houses I've lived in, none of the chimneys have had lightning rods.
There is most likely an alignment problem. Stand inside and operated the door while watching the offending wheel. Determine where the point is that it likes to jump the track, and adjust either the track or the wheel to remedy the problem.
