when I startup my computer, the dell log go comes up and the line underneath it run a little slow. However, it does moves to the second screen, which is the welcome screen/each user account, when i log onto my user account(administrator) using my password it accepts it and it acts like it is going to load up,then it freezes. It will not go pass that point. Things that i have tried system restore, last known good config. and when i did the restore to previous date that will not let me do that none of those has worked for me.(had to do it all in safe mode) However, when I run in safe mode i am able to access my user account.move around and do anything that i need to do, without clicking on administrator, i can click on my name and have access. I do not want to restore to factory setting unless i absolutely have to.I am computer friendly-not geek squad trained. so please if you are willing to help please keep it as simple as possible. Thank you so much in advance, I have tried to give as much info as possible.
