NEVER put anything of value in your checked bag. if you have a TSA lock and the TSA guy that wants to look in your bag does not happen to have a key on him, he will break the lock or slit the zipper on your bag. They simply do not care. also, baggage handlers are the worst thieves and they will break the lock if they like. it is pointless to put a lock on a bag. just carry anything of value in your carry-on bag or personal item.
Go down to dockweiler beach and BBQ in the fire pits. Bring frisbees, blankets, sodas, a guitar. As the sun goes down, the beach fills up so get there pretty early in the day to get a fire pit.
