When you are constipated and have gas d/t med, which is better soluble or insoluble fiber?

When you are constipated and have gas due to medications that you take in the morning; is it best to eat soluble fiber or insoluble fiber and when is the best time of day to eat that to prevent constipation and gas through out the day?

Answer:

Putting it on a baking sheet is fineMake sure your oven isn't too hot350 degrees is goodPut them in the middle of the lower half of your oven, in mine it'd be two up from the bottomLeave them for an hour and they should come out right.
From the Idaho Potato Commission: CONVENTIONAL OVEN METHOD Pre-heat oven to 450°FWash and dry potatoes With a fork or sharp knife, pierce each potato 2 or 3 times Place on cookie sheet or baking panBake 50 to 60 minutes or until tender when pierced with a forkMICROWAVE METHOD Wash and dry potatoesWith a fork or sharp knife, pierce each potato 2 or 3 times Place potatoes in a circle on a paper towel, leaving a 1-inch space between each potato Cook on HIGH for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork, turning once during cooking and removing any that are done after 15 minutes Let potatoes stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)Scrub the potato and prick it with a fork to prevent steam from building up and causing the potato to explode in your ovenBake for 1 1/2 hours.
ok all i do is wrap the potatoes in foil and cok them for about 30 minutes in the oven then i get them out take the foill off then slice the potatoe open and add a little butter salt and shredded cheese or sour cream on top
