k im like lvl 89 in mining i would prefer gold and mithril. and it took me from 68 to 70 like a day or 2. u welcome runescape player
iron is south of lumbridge in the swamp and i think in al kharid, coal is in the mining guild or in the dwarven mine, also there is 2 or 3 mithril ore in the mining guild, the only place for runite f2p is at the furthest point in the wildy just above the lava maze, there is 2 there and they take about 15min to respawn but they sell for around 15k each. Silver is also north of al kharid, and gold and silver can also be mined at the crafting guild.
