you are baking them 100 degrees too high bake them at 350 for 45 minutes and do not cook them on the top rack and you should have perfect chicken breast ver the pan in aluminum foil and they will be juicy too if your oven smells like it is burning then you may need to clean it and the broiler stuck on grease and food burns in time causing smoke and a horrid smell.
