i need quartz for a project,does anyone know where could i get it?
None. Quartz is a mineral. It's a rock. If you mean quarts that depends on how good you want it to look. You might get away with two quarts is you thin it and spray carefully. A first class professional job might take several gallons (20+ quarts).

If you are going to do it correctly and have it look like a factory paint job, you are going to need about 6 quarts of paint, 2 quarts of reducer, a gallon of clear, a quart of hardner for the clear, and other things.
