Question:

Where can I recycle aluminum foil and pans?

Apparently the alloy is different from aluminum cans and can't be mixed.

Answer:

If there is a window, try to keep it in the bedroom you are trying to makeThat way you can put an air conditioner in there if need beI would take chalk and mark it on the floor where you want to put the wallsMark the floor every 16 on center so you know where the 2/4's should stand You will need a few 2x4's bringing it down from the joistsPut a 2x 4 across the bottom too to set the 2x4 onUse all screws so you can remove it laterFrom the eves at the sides of the house, you will have to put the 2x4 in about 4' or so and build a short wallUse the 2x4's coming down, 16 on center, and a 2x4 across the floorDetermine where the door should go, and you will have to make the necessary adjustments for the width and height of the doorI would put up a few sheets of drywall and using drywall screws, put the drywall up on the inside of the bedroomBefore you close it off, go on the attic side and install the roll insulation with the one side paperYou can staple it to the side of the studs if you have them on 16 center because they will fitThen do the same on the ceiling but here you will need to install a pink air flow piece of foam next to the roof and then the same insulation(You need to let air flow or it will sweat) Staple it to the joistsYou can put the drywall up and down, or across the wallsThen you will have to use the drywall tape and spackle on the seams and cover the screw holesOn the outside walls, maybe where a window is, you will have to insulate only because the studs should already be hereI would do it as good as I could because the owner may pay you later for itKeep all your receiptsI hope you have a light up thereI hate to have you run an extension cord upThat is too dangerousIf you have a friend that can do it, get him to put at least 2 outlets and a ceiling light with a switchGood luck.
First, if you're renting you should talk to your landlord about the projectHe might be able and willing to help with the expenses since it will increase the value of the homeIf there is a library close check out the books about home improvement; that's where I get most of my informationAny wiring will probably have to be done by an electrician and inspected to make sure it complies to building codes for your area.
It will be dependent on your State/City Codes whether or not you will need a permit for construction, I know in some states if you do sheetrock/Drywall a permit is not required, or for minor projects however to my knowledge ANY TIME you do plumbing/electrical a permit is required so you will need to get a minimum of two permits one for the plumbing and one for the electrical.
Separate into containers/boxesRemove any plastic handles on the pans for more valueRecycle centers have a place for each type of product they accept.
