I dont know I'm trying to find my spirit animal and I'm doing a bunch of different things to try and find it. And I saw on another yahoo question about meditating to find your spirit animal and the AWNSER for it was to just meditate with soemthing called a quartz crystal or something that you hold in your hand? So where do I get these quartz crystal I have a bunch of rock in my back yard and front yard small ones of course and I'm pretty sure that most of the time when I picked up a round sorta tan-ish colored rock my dad would say this is quartz so could I just use that as the crystal used for the meditation or is there a difference between the rock and crystal. So yea is it that simple or do I need a different rock.
