quit being a jerk, you know this is a fake question .
Go back and learn some TOLERANCE you stereotypical pig. Your question is obviously an attempt to make fun of other religions.
I'd get a professional to do it.. BUT, if you really want to yourself, use a marker (washable, permanent, you pick) to mark where you want them to go, and to make sure they're even. Also, if by safety needle you mean SAFETY PIN, and not sterilized piercing needle, DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT pierce it with the safety pin!!! 95% of the time it will become infected!! But if you DO have a real piercing needle (preferably two, one for each hole,) sanitize the area with rubbing alcohol, put the numbing cream on your lip, all around the area you are preparing to pierce. If you have something to pull your skin taught, like a clamp, use it. Then, take the needle and place it on the mark you have made. Swiftly, and in ONE motion, push the needle through your lip. DO NOT HESITATE. Do the same to the other side, and then put the ring/bar etc. through the hole. When you finish, thoroughly clean the outside area with rubbing alcohol, and then rinse with mouthwash to clean the inside.
I don't think this is the best place to ask this question because your going to get a lot of ignorant answers and to be honest we are not sure how devote you are. First off, I would probably go to my local mosque or talk to your Imam and ask him if it is proper. I mean I doubt that any parts of a pig would have touched it and I guess I'd avoid anything too flashy with engraved images on it. As for the people who say you shouldn't wear it for fashion, I'd have to say go try them on and then ask your wife or girl friend how you look since they should have a good fashion sense provided you don't keep her in a house all day under a bed sheet.
