I know there are some places that just have a stockpile of ingots/ore already laying out somewhere (found a small variety pile in some shipwreck towards the north), what are some other places with ingots/ore already mined and what are all the best places to mine EACH ore.
I am a certified tech. No it is not illegal in tx, yet. All counties will soon have emissions inspections, depending on where you are in TX, however, your O2's read the levels of 5 different gasses and your not doing your emissions system any justice or performance.
No and no. The law is very clearly written that all street operated vehicles must be equipped with a muffling device; failure to have one will result in a failure of inspection. (I live in Texas). Good luck!
it could pass inspection because to the Cat, but if the folks doing the inspection knows there is no muffler they most likely will either not pass it or tell you they can t inspect it.
As the answer above said, you can get alot of ingots from dwemer ruins (or you can rob the dwemer museum in markath for about 300 total ingots after you've smelted) There's a mine south east of windhelm that has 13 ebony ore veins, it's called Gloombound mine. There are also 2 mines close to markath, one with plenty of iron ore and a gold mine with about 10 veins.
