Answer:

Baked Talapia 2 pkgfrozen taltpia, about 6-8 filets sea salt fresh ground pepper extra virgin olive oil 1 fresh lime 2-3 cloves garlic, minced fresh rosemary sprigs Preheat oven to 350 degreesThaw talapiaRub with sea saltDrizzle with olive oilRoll lime back and forth, cut in half and squeeze over filetsLightly sprinkle ground pepper overEvenly disperse garlic over filets and rub inRinse rosemary sprigs and take the leaves offsprinkle over filetsBake in oven for 10-15 minFilets are done when they flake easilyDo not overcookI usually serve with baked asparagus and seasoned potatoes.
I usually soak my tilapia in Italian Dressing for a couple of hoursThen I place the talapia on a pan sprayed with pam and bake in oven for 10-15 minutes ot until fish flakes with forkI serve with cole slaw or pasta salad.
Very simple.Take the filets, make a garlic/butter paste of about 1 clove of garlic per Tbsp of butter (USE BUTTER), spread it on top, bake in a 325F oven for about 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes with a forkMy husband also likes his with a butter/cajun seasoning pasteReally, just about anthing will workTalapia is a very mild and delicate fish that will work well with lots of flavoringsPS.They sound fatty, but most of the butter will melt off and leave whatever seasoning you choseThe butter is there to keep the fish moist and add a bit of flavor.
My son loves a talapia dish he gets at a local restaurant so I tried to re-create itit's pretty closeSaute talapia fillets in a little light olive oil until fish is opaque and firm to touchDo not overcookGently transfer the fillets to an oven proof dishIn a pan, saute some shelled and deveined shrimp in a little light olive oil for a few minutes and add a jar of alfredo sauceWhen shrimp and sauce are warmed through, pour it on top of the fish and bake at 350 degrees Ffor about 20 minutes or until the fish and sauce are throughly warmed throughAfter you plate the fish with the shrimp alfredo, sprinkle the top with a little paprika and serveThe restauraunt served it with steamed rice (white or brown) Yum!
Take off the back cover and it is the small ceramic blockIt will have to wires hooked up to itpull the wires off and check for continuityIt don't look like a fuseGood luck
