Question:

where is the wheel offset stamped?

im trying to find out where the wheel offset on my 96 altima stock 15 wheels is stamped. i dont see any marks that read ETXX. please help!

Answer:

The wheel offset is measured from the rear (backside) rim surface to the wheel center where it bolts to the hub. Simply lay a straight edge across the rim surface and measure with an accurate steel ruler down to the wheel flange.
Stock wheels are not stamped with that information - only custom aftermarket wheels will be so labeled - and not even all of them. You might get lucky and get an answer from a Nissan engineer who would have access to that information.
If it is not on the inside of the wheel, it is not stamped. Most wheels are not stamped measure from the flat spot where the wheel sits (lug holes) to the outer edge of the wheel
