give him 3 warnings in 3 days. On d first day if he dresses imapropriatly and dosent adress u formally, talk to him and warn him dat he mite lose his job. On d second day if he continues warn him again and start lookin for a replacement (make sure he knws u r lukin 4 one). Finally on d 3rd day if he dosent change FIRE HIM. But if he does observe him 4 a week or so and if he goes bck 2 his inapropriate attitude fire him.
