Any recommendations on where to buy grow lights? I would prefer to buy the lights online and I would just need enough lights for about 8 plants.

Lowes and other big box stores will have what you want. Getting the bulbs shipped to you will cost you a fortune. Buy a standard fixture and then read about the bulbs in the store. Each type of bulb is for different things and the detail you will get at the store will be much better than trying to buy online. Its just lighting. Nobody will care. We bought them for our vegetable starts and so far the DEA has not come to the door.
