Question:

Which bicycle should I buy?

I am 28 yrs old and am looking to get a bike to ride about 2 miles to the T station instead of driving during the summer or may be all the way to the office (10 miles)I would like something relatively comfortable but I don't want to look like a dork or spend big bucks on a bicycle, $300 is the max I'm willing to payAny insights on what i should get?

Answer:

like both, fruits: berries, oranges, pears, peaches, dragonfruit, pomegranateVegetables: CUCUMBERS, bok choy, green beans, broccoli,We guess the two are great.
They both are Perfect for your healthIf you eat both, you're better offBut yea, I'd personally choose fruits because they taste better.
The ONLY fibre you need to limit is from wholegrain cereals, oats, and breadE.gOnly 2 slices of bread, only 40g cereal per dayBrown pasta and rice is fine, eat as much as you like.
First why are you mad at poor fiber? Did you read dr atkins work or something? Fruit and vegetable fiber are just going to help your stomach, they don't get converted to fat How about juicing, lots and lots of juicingGet a low speed masticating juicer that will make cold pressed juice that is still rawHigh speed extraction juicers will cut, heat, and oxidate and kill the good nutrients in your vegetables.
