which connector to test 1994 eclipse 1.8L with metal test key from autozone?

hello, need to find out what codes my ecu is putting out. went to autozone and they couldnt read cuz of year but gave me metal key with two prongs on it. i know it is one of the connectors around the fuse box under my drivers side dash. could someone tell me with one and what two holes the key goes into? they also said to turn the key on and off a few times and count the check engine light blips for codes is this right? thanks for help! There are two ways to test for any CEL codes that your engine might be putting out. You can stop at any Radio Shack and pick up a .5 volt buzzer and two gator clips. Connect the gator clips to the buzzer, then to the 1 (I believe) and the number 16 (I believe) pins on the Data Connector that should be near the hood release. The pins are on the top left and bottom right, or the top right and bottom left. Then with the key, do this sequence ON, OFF, ON, OFF, ON. The CEL will begin to blink and the buzzer will begin to sound. You can either count the buzzes, or count the CEL blinks, this will give the code you can reference to. Below is the list for the 4G37 Trouble Codes/CEL codes.
