Looking for the all around best hydro braking system for mountain biking. Lightest weight, best performing, offering most adjustability, and most comfortable to use.
no you are gonna to replace that with the intercooler and the pipings with the Blow off valve you are going to make more power
definitely you would need to upgrade your old air intake with a sport one to increase your horsepower.
Like the guy above me said, you're good to go with either. I have Hayes and always have had them and I like them. I have friends who ride Avid and friends who ride Hayes and no one ever really complains. First poster is right, see what works best for you. Good luck!
I prefer avid juicy 7 hydros, than the hayes, but if your on budget go for the hayes.
Everyone has a preference. I always rode with Avid's and have been very satisfied with the performance and warranty service. However, friends I ride with claim the Avid's are less maintenance. I think either is good, see what fits the budget.
