I want a good but cheap Desktop, or a Laptop which is cheaper?
A laptop bc a desktop you have to buy the computer then you have to be a moniter. So just go with the laptop
Really depends what you want, you could buy a crappy laptop that is cheaper than a desktop or a crappy desktop that is cheaper than a laptopIf you know the components you are looking for generally a desktop would be the cheaper route even with a monitor.
