Which types of food have high fiber?

i was wondering which kind because in my health class we were talking about fiber and i was curious.Like apples and pears, and etc.etcand how many grams of fiber r u supposed 2 eat?thanks 2 all that answer.

Heres a few foods that are great when it comes to getting those 25-35 grams of fiber a dayI know its tough, I have a hard time getting enough myself every dayHope this helps!
