There are lots of things tha fall under that category. The guillotine, the electric chair... Take your pick. Or be more specific.

You really need to help us understand this better. First you use the word who, which would be referring to a person, but then you call it machinery, which is a thing. Then the whole tell me thing, which is really over the top. We need more details, or at least a form of the question that makes sense!
