Question:

Who was the first man on the moon?

One NASA picture from Apollo 11 is looking up at Neil Armstrong about to take his giant step for mankind. The photographer must have been lying on the planet surface. If Armstrong was the first man on the Moon, then who took the shot? How are the back light pictures of the lunar space craft and the astronauts so crisp and detailed if the sun is behind them? Not saying the moon landing was fake i just have those questions. Thanks!

Answer:

I definately would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER pull a fire alarm unless there was a real reason to do so. The cost of pulling an alarm is HIGH, and it is not funny, and you WILL get caught. The interruptions to the students, staff and faculty are not amusing; how would you feel if you were taking a final exam where the grade depends on your financial aid or depends on you graduating? The cost to the taxpayers for each fire truck to come out to the college is pricy. The lives of others are in real danger and are not being rescued because of the false alarm that is pulled. So, no, this definately is not a great prank to pull. Also, many colleges are going the ink route: whoever pulls one gets this awful ink on them that takes weeks to come off. And sometimes clothing is ruined forever.
wait are you gonna wash them? dont! but if you ask me if they are safe, i believe they are but dont laundry it!
There are considerable differences between the powder extinguishers that are low pressure and the CO2 extinquishers, which are high pressure. Basically they are both welded tanks with thicker metal in the CO2. The CO2 is pressurized and has a fairly simple valve to release it. The powder ones are slightly more complicated inside to insure the powder is driven out by the pressure.
