who will win between the Sabres and the Senators?
I think the Sabres will win tonight--but even so if Ottawas take the two at home, the series is theirs. If they split it back in Ottawa----I'll need to order more ulcer meds. Tonight to me is the key game, Buffalo loses tonight--they are done like dinner.
Depends entirely on the next game.I'm a Leafs fan so naturally I'm rooting for the Sabres ....But if Ottawa can take the next game I think it's game over for Buffalo
If the Sabres don't win tomorrow, they're done. No way they go into Ottawa and pull 2. Also little chance of coming back from a 3-1 hole, so a lot on the line for Buffalo in game two.
I'd have to wait until Game 2 to truly decide who wants it more. The Sabres certainly didn't look that way Game 1 but every team can have an off-night, just that in the playoffs you can't have many of those without being in serious trouble. Neither team is going to just lie down and let the other steamroll them, so I'd say it's a 6 game series. If Buffalo can win in Game 2, they'll take the series; if Ottawa takes Game 2, I'd say they will win the series. They're not going to be close games either, with the scoring firepower on either side, wins are going to be blowouts. I don't see many OT games in this series. EDIT: guess it's time for my crow. Two OTs? Who woulda thunk.... But the answer solidifies more now to a tough match but Sens in 6. That's my prediction. I'm going to say the Sabres win Game 3 and 5 but that's it.
