Question:

Why are there so many cranes in London?

Whenever a vista shot of London comes up, there are a ridiculous amount of cranes. What's up? Are they always building something?

Answer:

Cranes are used in the construction of buildings. It is the Storks that bring the Babies
At present a large number of tall buildings are being erected in London which accounts for the cranes. One area in particular is around Vauxhall, where there was an accident recently when a helicopter crashed into a crane being used for such a purpose. I have no idea why I'm even wasting my time writing this non sense that won't end up helping you what so ever. If I knew the answer to your question I wouldn't mind helping you but considering I'm almost on the other side of the planet, California, I have no idea what to tell you. I guess I just want the points so I can ask a question myself...it's probably the Indians or Pakistanis.
