i got 2 robos today and their not using their wheel
If you just got them today there they're trying to get used to there surroundings. They most liekly know it's there. Just give them time to adapt.
Today? Give them a break, they need a chance to settle into their new home. They say moving home is one of the most stressful things you can do in life, same applies for animals.
They know the wheel is there, if they wanted to use it then they will, some times you get a hamster that won't want to use it's wheel ever I've had many of these in the past. Don't worry too much about it, they can get their exercise many other ways, especially when handling. Plus you only got your hamsters today, give them a bit of a chance to explore their new surroundings. Hope this helped.
