Question:

Why can't I see things on my LCD monitor?

I see some things on my LCD monitor only when I look from a side or top angle (bright things against bright backgrounds such as yellow on a white background or dark things against dark backgrounds such as black lines on a dark purple background). I have a HP vs19 and every time I click RESET the monitor corrects this problem (for ex. I can see black lines against a dark purple background) but then it messes up again. Anybody have any ideas? Also I have no dead pixels.

Answer:

sounds like a driver issue. I would say to update drivers on the monitor and the video card. Also you can go and check the settings to see if your monitor is the correct monitor for your display. You should get into safe mode and correct the problems. Or you can go back to a known date when things ran ok.
