why can you see you reflection in a spoon and not in a cloth?
we had to do a project like this in my world history class i remember i put a blow dryer, vacuum, penicillin, light bulb and washing machine for older inventions and for newer.. hmmmmm digital cameras, credit cards/debit cards (those are actually pretty old though), calculators, the bar code, playstation/nintindo thats all i can think of right now.
I'd document it better, take picture, video or etc. After you have proof I'd call animal service, let them decide what is best. However, I'd probably just bring the dog inside, or reinforce the fence - making it impossible to bug the dog through the fence. I'd probably just scare the kid off. With some kids a false threat like Hey, kid get out of there. I'll call the cops will do wonders.
