I was talking with my mother one day about this after we heard an alarm go off for like an hour (okay maybe an exaggeration). And we wondered..why do people still have car alarms? No one ever calls the police or anything when they go off. If you have one, you almost always just go &well that can't be mine& or something. I have actually known people, been sitting with them, as their alarm went off and they still ignored it. You just sit there rolling your eyes and go &damnit when is that thing gunna stop??&. At least, they do in my city. I know, im one of them, but just out of curiosity ;)
