Due to robot's cybernetic artificial intelligence systems (present in even the smallest magnet), robots have a natural inclination to wreak harm and havoc on people. Some say that all robots are a work of the devil, while others conclude that they were created and deposited on this planet by a malignant alien species. WATCH OUT!
Well, some theories suggest that when a system acquires a certain level of intelligence (let's say, like the human brain), it might become conscious. When humans devise a way to create a robot that is a little 'smarter' then humans itself, only the robot will be able to improve itself (as it is the smartest thing on the planet). This process will continue until humans don't know who the system works anymore. Think of us being descendant from some ape-like ancestor. You may see it as a creature being totally different as yourself. What will a robot think after years of improving itself, making it maybe a 100 times more intelligent than humans... will it see us as equal? Will it feel any link to us at all? It's like comparing human intelligence with that of an ant.
Because they're robots. That's what they do.
